I wish that life could be different in that we could all easily attract what we wanted when we wanted.  Wouldn’t that be nice?  It would be if we didn’t make this one mistake with the Universal Law of Attraction: notice the difference between what you think you want and what you really want.  I explain the difference in this short video.

    Hey Steve,

    Great insight!

    The one thing that I have asked people to do is to make what I call a “want list”. Interestingly, ALL of the people that I have had use this approach, began the list with the words “I don’t want”!

    We seem to think that we know what we don’t want. I have learned that what we don’t want is only a piece of the puzzle. Also what we don’t want is rarely the opposite of what we do want.

    You really do have to dig deep into what you want, to get around all of the messy thoughts concerning what you don’t want. It does require asking a lot of questions - we must search for the questions, rather than searching for the answers.

    We cannot assert ourselves to what we don’t want. And what we don’t want holds no meaning, if it did we would want it!
