7 Day Manifestation Experiment

Some people really struggle with manifestation: intentionally creating something out of nothing. I had a client who came to me feeling a little overwhelmed with all the distractions outside of him. He complained that he didn’t have enough time to complete tasks and that there was just too much going on for him to manifest his goals and dreams.
A likely story…
The reality is that he was focusing too much on his outer world. He was giving too much attention and energy to his environment – and by placing his attention on his environment he was reinforcing THAT VERY environment…
…and then wondering WHY he was not creating what he wanted?
It’s sort of like printing out your resume on a piece of paper – whiting out a mistake you made on that paper and then re-printing your resume and being surprised to see the mistake show up again.
Duh?
You can’t change the paper copy until you MODIFY the digital version.
And you can’t change your outer world until you MODIFY your inner digital world.
Do you get that?
You are a ALWAYS reinforcing whatever you put your attention on because your attention creates your reality. When you focus on everything that his happening outside of you, you get more of what is OUT THERE.
Which is fine when it is stuff you want, but what about when it is NOT?
You need to start fresh and go INSIDE. That’s why I decided to run an experiment with my client. An experiment that would renew his faith in the process of manifestation and his ability to create something from nothing.
As part of this experiment I asked him to choose 3 things he would like to see manifest over the next 7 days; things HE REALLY wanted in his life. Here is what we came up with:
- someone to ask him out for a beer at the local pub
- someone in his family to cook dinner for him
- to win the card game he attends on Thursday
Then we went back to the basic principles of manifestation. I gave him specific instructions on how to attract what he wanted. Then I asked him to “test-out” this theory over the next week – a 7 day period.
The results please!
He CREATED EVERY SINGLE thing on his list in only 4 days:
- he had someone ask him out for a beer at the local pub
- his partner cooked dinner for him later that week
- he won the card game on Thursday
It was that easy.
7 Day Manifestation Experiment
Run your own 7 Day Manifestation experiment to give you more confidence that you can create something out of nothing.
Use these 3 steps:
Step 1: Write a list of things you REALLY WANT to see manifest in the next 7 days (they must be believable to you).
Step 2: Visualize each item on that list as if you already have it. (do this daily)
Step 3: Post your results in the comments below to acknowledge you are a POWERFUL creator. (important if you want bigger and better things to show up!)

The last time I tried this, I asked “The Universe” for $1,000 and got nearly $2,000! It scared me to death and I haven’t tried it since. LOL. But, here goes nothing.
I would like:
1. A new minivan with affordable payments of $250 or less.
2. I want to find a new house to live in. 4 bedrooms.
3. I want to get moving on getting rid of my old house.

Just this statement alone if read out loud, digested and believed in every day is a huge positive attraction to manifest your dreams and desires. Phase one of my 7 day manifestation experiment is finished!!! In fairness, I had been looking at this minivan as I passed by this dealership for months already. At least, I THINK it was the same one. And then my husband and I had been talking to the dealership for a few days and last night, we went out and got it!
And oh yeah! Our payments are $244 per month! Our insurance had to be switched to full-coverage so that’s a little higher but still, it’s a very nice mini-van for my family and I’m happy about it. Cool huh?

Hey Lenell – nothing is impossible, but if you want this to work then you want to choose an outcome that is believable to you. For most people – winning the lottery is outside of their belief system.
I want you to increase your FAITH in this process – not kill it!
So make sure your belief system supports this type of manifestation :D

I am giving this experiment a go, but just need to clarify something.
You say I need to visualize for 5 mins a day, but is this 5 mins per item on my list, or 5 mins covering all of them? The items are:
1. £500 to come from an unexpected source to pay for a training course I want to do.
2. An invitation to a fun, free social event that I will enjoy.
3. Someone to offer to dig my garden path for me for a reward other than money.
As you can see, all are completely unconnected, so covering them all in 5 mins is a bit confusing for me.

Amazing! This morning i read this and wrote down,
1. Landlords to get key cut for kitchen side door.
2. $5000 to come from an unexpected source.
3. Be asked out on a date by a man that i am attracted to.
Within 5 minutes i recieved an email from my landlord advising me they will pay for the key to be cut. I won $11 on lotto, i know not $5000 but still $11 more than i had. Still a whole 6 1/2 days to go and i can’t wait to watch these things manifest.
oh and thanks from the sky to the earth and moon and back, i love recieving your emails and they really do make a differance in my life!! :)

Hi everyone,
A follow up from my 24/11/11 post, I am pleased to say that i was asked out on a date and although i didn’t recieve $5000 of unexpected income, i was recieving money left, right and centre in the form of winning money, having bills paid for me and having items brought for me. I’m using my imagination to create my reality and going with my gut feling of what feels right for me.

Update on my November 21st post about getting $1,000 for Christmas:
$500 from my mom
$200 from my grandpa
$150 from my husband’s grandma
$180 from not having to pay my student loan this month.
= $1030. Some of this I did expect, but I suppose it all counts towards my goal. Pretty cool once I realized what had happened though!
Next goals: Find the fastest way to get a new house and move into it.
Okay, I swear that this website is magic! LOLOL! I can’t remember exactly what time I posted although I know that it says 1:41 p.m. in the above. If this time is correct than approximately an hour and 15 minutes later I got a call from my Realtor stating that she had an investor interested in my house and wanted to schedule a viewing. I took my family out to eat and returned an hour later so they could look.
Today, my Realtor called me to say that the investor is offering our full asking price for the house and we just have to see if the mortgage company excepts it, get my husband’s credit score up a few points and get a new house.
DANG! That was quick!

Hi Steve,I find you soo good looking so my wish is to be asked by a goodlooking boy for a cup of coffee.Now, where, how, who we will see as i will try out the 7 day manifestation experiment and i am sure it WILL WORK for me.
Yesterday my husband and I looked at about 7 houses with our Realtor. We narrowed it down to 2, and finally decided on the last house we saw. It’s GORGEOUS! If we can get the payments down to $450, that would be great! Woo-Hoo!
I am like everyone else in that I want manifestations of desires in my life. I believe, however, that we often try too hard ourselves to make things happen, and that tends to solidly hinge events to what we do personally. This defeats true manifesting. Learning to focus on our desires and trusting the universe is much more powerful. The Abraham tapes and books show how to do a “focus wheel”, and it has done wonders for manifesting in my own life. I haven’t looked it up online, but I am sure it is there, and it is so helpful, and so simple. Good luck to everyone.

2. To speak with someone that truly understands how to get the most out of any ones life.
3. To look at something/anything that let’s you know the sacredness of life.

Well, I can’t say what I wrote in my list as its a bit personal but I tried this yesterday and today something positively unexpected has happened and is quite something. And its not a small thing… its pretty big, something I’ve been wanting for a while and now it seems quite close and that too out of nowhere and all of a sudden.
Okay I will try this.
1. getting 200 euro before the end of the week to get groceries.
2. receiving a nice message from a girl
3. getting good news for me.
I will keep you posted
Have only one item on my list to have a least two job interviews and one job offer.

Wow that was kind of hard for me. Is that normal?
First off, hi Steve! I just wanted to let you know that I had stumbled upon your page in the midst of revamping my life, and I really enjoy all of your articles. My mother is already a huge advocate in manifestation and the laws of attraction and has encouraged me to be more open to integrating it into my lifestyle. Anyways, here was my top 3:
1. To lose 5lbs (I know it’s a lot for 1 week, but I am training for a fitness competition)
2. To experience a financial gain.
3. To attract my crush into my life.
And guess what? In one week, I am down 1 size and fitting back into one of my favorite pair of jeans. Each day I worked, I doubled my amount of tips every other day…except for one day when my energy was really low…and I wasn’t incredibly specific on my last one, but I had multiple flirtatious encounters last week!!
I decided that since this was such a success, that I will be participating in the 30 day manifestation as well! So much fun, and such an incredible feeling when you realize that you really are in tune with the Universe!!
Hey Mahalia! That is awesome!! And that is the point… to experience that you are INDEED the center of the Universe… at least you are at the center of your specific Universe.
Part of the reason this manifestation experiment works so well is because MOST people are unconscious… but I won’t tell you any more than that. I’ll save it for another article or video ;)

I tried this a few weeks ago and was amazed that 2 of the 3 things I asked for came on day one and two!
I asked for unexpected money on a Wednesday and on Thursday my boss emailed me and told me that he was sending me a double paycheck bc he was going to be on vacation the following week. Now that wasn’t technically extra money but it was definitely unexpected!
The second thing I asked for was to “run into” a person I knew and liked while out running errands. On Friday I ran into the person I was thinking about while shopping.
I didn’t focus much on the third thing so that one didn’t happen. But this exercise has convinced me that this stuff really does work!
Now I am in the process of attracting my ideal house! It’s a biggy but I know it can happen!

i have a big problem here
whenever i try to manifest anything
a very very strong negative belief comes in my way
the negative belief says “you cant manifest anything ”
even if i try manifesting anything as small as $5 i cant visualize it. my negative feelings get triggered. then i have to give up.

I posted my manifestation last year around 20 something May, i said i wanted to get my loan from the bank of 5500 approved and an unexpected 5000, and that i wated to meet my soul mate. In fact it happened i got 110 000 from the bank insstead and met my soul mate. Im just here to say thank you thank you and thank you. This really works. Keep it up Steve
