Raising your self esteem could be the very thing that sets you apart from the crowd.  A high self esteem increases your performance, leverages your productivity and gives you the courage to act in spite of fear.  In this video I share the 7 signs of low self esteem.  I also give a little background to explain how self esteem works and what you need to do to raise your self esteem.

    [..YouTube..] they say not to blame your parents or formative years, and uv suggested that making excuses are bad. i would remind that there is a thin line between excuses and reasons, and would like to site the phenoenon of ferral children. its been proven that after a certain age, children who are not able to hear spoken language cannot learn it. i want to draw the paralel, that trauma from those formative years, via child abuse, can make one unable to change his thoughts concerning what he learned early on
