This is a guest post from Teri @ The Bliss Network.
Have you heard of the bestselling book, “Happy For No Reason” by Marci Shimoff?
When I read that book for the first time, I totally got what she was saying about happiness set points and some people just naturally being happy.
My name is Teri Williams and I am “Happy For No Reason”. In fact, most people know me as “The Bliss Lady”.
Now, I’m not saying that I’m in a great mood every nano second. I’m human and I get upset, frustrated and a little p.o’d just like everyone else.
The difference is, I’ve learned to let those feelings and emotions last for mere moments instead of days on end. How do I do it? I practice every day by following my Blissness Plan!
Blissness Plan? What’s that?
You’ve heard of a business plan, right? Similar to a business plan, the Blissness Plan is a simple, basic guide to move you closer to your own bliss.
Wouldn’t it be nice to just breathe through a negative moment and pay closer attention to what really matters?
The Blissness Plan contains 12 action steps to take, one each month, designed to help you on the path to bliss. Most of the steps are common concepts that we all know but don’t generally follow. It’s really up to us to create the life of our dreams.
Download Teri’s 12 Steps to Happiness and start following your bliss today!

This is an interview with a client of mine. Belle and I have worked together for 8 weeks. During this time Belle has been very diligent in applying the techniques and tools I’ve shared with her to create change quickly.

See the special bonus I’m offering to those people who join Monique Gallagher’s, Synchronicity of Power Training.
Monique’s Training is a 16 week program that teaches you how to achieve your goals using your unconscious mind. Monique does this by teaching her clients Cybernetic Transposition; a goal setting processes developed by Stuart Lichtman.
Cybernetic Transposition (CT) is taught in Stuart’s book, How to Get Lots of Money for Anything Fast! I’ll be the first one to admit that these processes are difficult to learn from the book. I failed three times before reaching my basic achievement goal, which at the time was to earn at least $2,500 in a single month from my business. By June 17, 2009 I had $ 2,579.98 in my bank account.
I know these processes work, but I personally think they are much more effective when taught by someone like Monique; someone who can hold your hand throughout the goal achievement process and make sure you build on past successes to achieve greater results.
Monique’s real strength is in her intuitive ability to help others set the right goals and achieve them using Stuart’s Super Achievement Process. She is an absolutely brilliant coach and even though we’ve only worked together for the past two months I have absolute confidence in her ability to help you set and achieve your goals.
Grab My Special Bonuses
As a special gift to those people who take action, I’m going to give you $2,294 in bonuses just for joining the Synchronicity of Power Training.
Bonus #1: Two Private Coaching Sessions - Harmonize Internal Resistance ($ 297) Click here to read more…
