Explosive Growth: Which Topic Would You Choose?

If you could only learn one subject to massively explode your personal effectiveness, which would it be? I’ve been giving some thought about creating a new book (or free giveaway) and I want to know what topics are the most interesting to you.  If I could teach you only one of four subjects, which topic would be the one you would want to learn the most about?
