    Hi Steve,

My problem is that I have negative feelings almost throughout the day .Maybe about my troubled childhood , my failures in school etc.I try to remind myself of some pleasant events ( and there aren’t too many ) but they do not arouse any strong feelings. Is there a way out for desperate souls like me.

    Sincerely

    Chris
