[..YouTube..] Very good said. The reason people ”get older” is because they are not actually present. In this days is very comon to hear a lot of talk about conciousness, but to talk was always much easier than doing. I am 63 and everybody thinks I am around 50 but I am in the present. Something else that present does to us and you don’t mention is that being aware of yourself gives you much more energy and with energy you can do a lot of things ‘old people’ can not anymore.

[..YouTube..] Excellent! I used to live either in the past (mainly in regrets) or in the far future. In fact I was trying to avoid being responsible for my life. I take action now and enjoy the present.

Interesting opinions about staying young Steve. Living in the NOW is definitely something I’ve learned to appreciate and I totally agree with you on that. Being present in the moment is a big contributor to staying young for the same reasons you so clearly articulated in your video.

Thanks for the awesome tips Steve.
