January 25, 2012 by Steve
Learn how to quiet the mind. I give a bit of background and then I share how to quiet the mind. This exercise is so easy and so powerful, but you must do it daily to be effective. Some of the benefits of quietening the mind include:
- Calms the mind and negative thoughts
- Easier to affirm or visualize what you want
- Managing thoughts and attention becomes effortless
- Helps with sleeping at night
- Brings you into the present moment
Watch the video and let me know what you think.

[..YouTube..] Right on time. I’m actually reading the idiots guide for meditation and this video aligns up with my practice. Thanks!!!!
[..YouTube..] Meditation is necessary to apply the law of attraction. When you have a real clear mind, using the law of attraction becomes natural. Invest time into Meditation it will really help in the long term, and work miracles if applied with the law of attraction.
[..YouTube..] umm, starting the entry-labeled “description” with something other than the ‘description’—isn’t that some ‘s’-word (content-for which the content-receiver did not ask and -which the receiver does not want)?
@ Kiera843…. sweet!
Hey Steve, I really enjoyed the video. You know Steve…I’ve had some amazing coincidence in the last few months. A few months ago, I received a Centering exercise on CD from the Silva institute and I started using it with great benefits. However, I always struggled with keeping it consistent because of the 25 minutes of time investment. And than today you come to my inbox with something similar and It takes so little time…I felt amazing as my mind slowed right down…Great exercise you provided here man.
Thank you.
Stephane
